A mobile vehicle lifting system designed to keep workshops moving.
The Levolift is the ultimate piece of equipment to maintain momentum in any garage or workshop. This portable jack lifts vehicles up to three tonnes to a working height of 400mm – enabling them to be moved around the space while they are still elevated.
WHAT IS THE LEVOLIFT?
Garages and workshops shouldn’t stop just when one job does.
Imagine the scenario: There is a car on a jack in a workshop, garage or body shop waiting for repair – but the mechanic or technician doesn’t have the parts. These fixed lifts can create bottlenecks, which costs businesses across the world excessive time and money.
Now imagine the Levolift operating in those spaces, keeping vehicles moving and work flowing. This movable vehicle apparatus is patent protected in Britain, ensuring it remains a genuinely unique solution in the market.

HOW THE LEVOLIFT WORKS
Pushing and repositioning vehicles around the workshop while on the jack.

01
Lift & Move
Vehicles can be elevated and relocated without needing to be lowered again.
02
Free Up Space
Using the Levolift to move vehicles means they are not taking up valuable space in the workshop, which can cost time and money.
03
No structural changes needed
The equipment will work in existing workshops – simply insert under the vehicle to move it.

THE INVENTOR
Meet Ken Leverton – the genius behind Levolift
Ken Leverton has been involved in the motor trade for more than three decades – opening Ken's Motor Company, in Carlton, Nottingham, in 1992. Starting with two ramps and a compressor, he built his business into the highest-volume MOT testing station in the city.
He is known for his hard work, meticulous attention to detail as a garage owner and an MOT tester and for his relentless instinct for efficiency, developing the roll-on, roll-off approach that became the business's trademark.
Ken has always been a problem-solver. In 2010, frustrated by the daily reality of vehicles stranded on ramps while workshops waited for parts, he began devising a solution.
Fifteen years of designing, prototyping and perseverance followed. The patent for Levolift in Britain was granted in 2015 and, last year, he watched it work for the first time: a vehicle lifted and moved freely around a workshop, exactly as he had always imagined.
He is extremely grateful for the support of his partner Louise, his son Ian (who now runs Ken's Motor Company on a day-to-day basis) and his electronics engineer grandson Jack. Ken is excited about his Levolift invention and is now ready to pass it on to the right partner who sees its potential.

"Being able to wheel this straight to wherever I'm working has completely changed how I use my garage. No more shuffling the car around to suit the jack — the jack comes to me."
Dave Holloway – Holloway & Sons Motors

“Solidly built and surprisingly easy to manoeuvre, even on a slightly uneven floor. It glides into position and locks firmly once it's there. Exactly what I wanted.”
Steve Whitcombe – Whitcombe Autocare

"I've got a small single garage and space is always tight, so the fact I can roll this out of the way when I'm done is a huge plot. Lifts smoothly and feels rock-steady under load."
Gary Mellor – Pit Lane Garage

"Does exactly what it promises. Quick to position, lifts with hardly any effort, and the wheels mean I'm not dragging a heavy lump across the floor every time. Brilliant bit of kit."
Lewis Carradine – Carradine Vehicle Repairs

"Genuinely impressed with how stable it feels for something so easy to move around. I shifted from a basic trolley jack and won't be going back."
Janet Ferriby – Ferriby Motors
